Ozeri Nouveaux II Electric Wine Opener Set with Foil Cutter, Wine Pourer & Stopper - Perfect for Home Bars, Parties & Gifts

Have same Ozeri for over 6 yrs. Been ecstatic with it and would highly recommend. Finally had to replace and ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, it arrived today and instead of an AC/DC wall charger it has a USB type connection. My bar light switch plate can't accommodate USB. Will have to get an adapter. Thought potential buyers should know since the description fails to mention a USB.I've been through several of these electric wine opener's and this one is outstanding!Battery life holds for a very long time built-in foil cutter very strong torque.Easy to operate works every time worth the price.This opener has been sitting in our RV for 8 years. Temperatures range from 120F to -20F, I leave it in there year round. I can't believe after 8 years it still charges and works fine. If it ever dies, I'd buy the same thing again.Someone gave me a Cuisinart opener as a gift and I liked it, but it didn't last long. For virtually the same price, this one has a much better foil cutter and a longer-lasting charge. It doesn't take up much room on my kitchen counter and It works perfectly.Fast charging, love that the cutter is attached, and super easy to use. Buy one immediately!What a great product. At first we had a little trouble figuring it out but it works perfectly. So easy!I bought this for myself and several as gifts. Everyone's wine opener including my own is still working great, and I see it sitting out when I visit their homes. It is attractive enough to just keep it out on the counter and makes a great gift. It is super easy to use and has easily opened any wine that I've tried. I love the feature that you can reverse it. This helps if you get the angle wrong or when you are ready to remove the cork after opening it.Also, there are 2 versions of the wine opener. This is the newest version, but the old version works perfectly fine too. The only difference is you have to charge the older version a little more frequently, but it still lasts a very long while. The charge does last seemingly forever though unless you open a new bottle of wine every night. We charge it maybe once a year.**My biggest tip is to keep a close eye on the charging cord that comes with it and label it. It is a plain black and easy for it to get lost or forget which device it is supposed to charge. (I'm actually about to buy another wine opener just to get the charging cable which I have lost.)I have used a number of corkscrews in my life and this one is by far, and I mean by far, the best. I have noted that the corks in some of the wine we are buying in the supermarket are so tight that I could not pull them out without having one hand on the phone to dial 111 to deal with my impending heart attack. The Ozeri wine opener deals with these effortlessly. We do use it a lot and it is not stored in a drawer. It does keep its charge but we charge it about once a week. I think it is a really neat and excellent device.We go through dozens of wine openers,I have a thing(Obsession)trying to find the best.Believe it or not I have found it.Like most elec. openers one press to open followed by another to get rid of the cork.and somewhere else in the kitchen to find the elusive cutter,some have and others do not have transparent cover to enable you to see the opener in function,and very few with a light to see whats going on,(readjustment) to the faulty/plastic/disintegrating cork.Finally the OZERI does all that and they include a wine pourer,for good measure.I couldn't ask for more ,other than say, thank you,my long search is over.Well done OzeriIt comes with a two pin plug, not a three pin plug; and it comes with instructions written in German, not English.This is astonishing. I'd never seen one before but bought it as a gift for a red wine lover for later in the year. Thought I'd better try it out to make sure it worked, so duly charged it and then tried it out. I was amazed! In seconds (and with hardly any sound at all), an opened bottle and the whole cork ejected from the opener. So easy to use, and the foil cutter is good too. Think I'll have to buy one for myself now. Recommended.I knew there would be a better way. Looked at reviews and opted for the ozeri. There were others at more than twice the price. It works great. Foil cutter to remove cap. Then place opener on top of the bottle. Remember to hold the bottle firmly with one hand while pressing the start button. Cork removed. Press other end of button to remove cork from opener. Delighted and like showing it off to the family. Thanks Ozeri!
